This category represents a list of artists and acts whose style of music is a blended or incorporated mix of Pop, R&B/Hip-Hop and Dance elements. The list also includes references to artists who had, or currently have, hits on the Rhythmic Top 40 chart since its first issue in Billboard magazine on February 15, 1987. This includes the Crossover Chart (1987-1990), Top 40 Rhythm-Crossover (1992-1997) and the Rhythmic Top 40 chart (1997-present).

Note: There was no Crossover chart between December 1990 and October 1992.
