This category contains relationships which were either notable, or recognized as such. Thus, it includes bonds which exemplify human-animal relationships, and where the relationship itself is the notable thing. Thus, for example, Michael Jackson is very attached to his Chimpanzee 'Bubbles', but this is arguably not a notable relationship in the same way as, for example, Elsa the lioness was. The relationship is not "the notable thing" about Michael Jackson. The relationship is famous primarily because it involves a famous person, not because it, itself, is especially notable amongst human-animal relationships.
