Before making additions, please note: not all titles released under a "Special Edition" are necessarily in any substantial way superior to the standard edition. To control the scope of this category, it strictly covers editions released with extra materials and/or content, that were limited in almost every case. Game of the Year editions, Gold, or Platinum editions are all examples of re-releases and rarely contain anything of extra value, and thus do not have a place in this category. The article itself must also make mention of the limited edition, unless it is arleady noted on List of video game collector and special editions.
