Class-Clay or Cass-Clay Creamery is a creamery headquartered in Fargo, North Dakota. It was founded in 1934 in neighboring Moorhead, Minnesota. It is owned and run by Midwestern Dairy Farmers. It is also the official dairy of the Minnesota Vikings.

History

• 1935 Cass-Clay Cooperative Creamery opened first plant in Moorhead Minnesota
• 1941 Moved into new building which made bottled milk and ice cream
• 1952 First creamery to use winger process, ships milk to U.S. Troops, Alaska, Hawaii, Panama, and South America
• 1956 Replaced glass bottles with paper cartons
• 1957 Moved to Fargo, ND
• 1963 Makes chocolate milk for vending machines
• 1968-1981 Buys several North Dakota and Minnesota dairies and creameries
• 1985 Introduces Calci-Skim milk
• 1989 Opens distribution center in Williston, North Dakota
• 1999-2000 Remodeled Fargo plant
