Carrie Hamilton (December 5, 1963 in New York City - January 20, 2002, in Los Angeles) was an American actress and singer. She was a daughter of comedienne/actress Carol Burnett and the late producer Joe Hamilton.

Her works led to miscellaneous productions for stage, film, video, and television. She took the role of Reggie Higgins in the TV version of the musical Fame for 5th and 6th season (1985 - 1987).

One of her films was Tokyo Pop (1988), where she acted as a singer who went from the USA to Japan. There she found a relationship with both, a singer (played by Diamond Yukai aka Yutaka Tadokoro) and a band, that made it for only one time into the Tokyo pop charts top 10 with a cover version. She performed several lyrics in the movie.

In 1992, she took a minor role in the movie Cool World, which starred Gabriel Byrne, Kim Basinger and Brad Pitt.

Later on she became more and more addicted to drugs, reduced performing dramatically, and had only a very few appearances on stage beside her mother.

Carrie Hamilton died from lung cancer on January 20, 2002, in Los Angeles, aged 38, and is interred in the Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery in Los Angeles.
