Carl Banks (Born August 29, 1962) was a former National Football League linebacker who played for three teams from 1984 to 1995, the New York Giants, the Washington Redskins and the Cleveland Browns. He was a one time Pro Bowler in 1987 and had 39.5 career quaterback sacks. He attended Michigan State University.
