Caitlin Wachs (born March 15, 1989 in Eugene, Oregon) is an American actress.
Wachs (pronounced "wax") was nicknamed Cat and Shimmer. Her parents are Allan and Patrice Wachs. She has a brother, Whitman Wachs, who was born in 2000. She acted alongside Ally Walker and Robert Davi in Profiler. She plays Rebecca Calloway on the series Commander-in-Chief.
