CSL Limited is an Australian-based manufacturer of medical products. Its products include various blood plasma derivatives, vaccines, antivenom, and cell culture reagents used in various medical and genetic research and manufacturing.

Founded in 1916 as a government body, the Commonwealth Serum Laboratories, CSL was privatised in 1994. It is a public company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, and is the largest Australian medical manufacturer, with annual sales of about 1,500 million AUD and net profits of 250 million AUD in 2003-04.

The company's headquarters remain in Parkville, Victoria, an inner suburb of Melbourne, but it has manufacturing facilities in Europe and the United States and has substantial global export sales.
