Bruneau is a tiny, remote town in Owyhee County in southwestern Idaho. It is full of cowboys. Among the businesses are one bar, a cafe, a library and a gas station. There was a general store, "The Valley Merc", owned by Women's Rodeo legend Jan Youren, but it closed in the fall of 2005.
