Brenda Vaccaro (born November 18, 1939 in Brooklyn, New York) is an American stage, motion picture, and television actress.

Vaccaro co-starred in the 1969 Dustin Hoffman/Jon Voight Oscar-nominated film Midnight Cowboy. She was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress and won the Golden Globe for her performance in the 1975 film Jacqueline Susann's Once Is Not Enough. An accomplished performer in live theatre, on Broadway she played Cynthia in the original production of How Now, Dow Jones and has been nominated for three "Best Actress" Tony Awards. She also guest-starred in several television shows including The Golden Girls and Friends.
