"Breed" is a song by Nirvana; it is the fourth song on their 1991 album, Nevermind.
The lyrics were written by Kurt Cobain, and the music by Cobain, Krist Novoselic and Dave Grohl. The song was written about Tad Doyle, lead singer of the band Tad. The original title of the song was "Imodium", after Tad's medication, but was changed due to copyrights.
