The Brandywine River Museum is an intimate art museum, located in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, and internationally known for its collection of works by the Wyeth Family. The museum was founded in 1971.

Housed in a converted nineteenth century gristmill, the museum holds a major collection of works by three generations of Wyeths as well as American illustration, still life works, and landscape painting. The facility's permanent collection features paintings and drawings by Howard Pyle, Jasper Francis Cropsey, William Trost Richards, Maxfield Parrish, Harvey Dunn, and Jessie Willcox Smith.

The museum also includes artist N.C. Wyeth's original home and studio, as well as the Brandywine Wildflower and Native Plant Gardens.
