Robert Gordon Mackie (b. March 24, 1940 in Monterey Park, California) is an American fashion designer, best known for his costumes for Cher and for The Carol Burnett Show.

He is best known for the "curtain dress" he made for Carol Burnett while working on the "The Carol Burnett Show" that she wore in a "Gone With The Wind" parody.

Mackie is often called the sultan of sequins, the rajah of rhinestones known for his sparkling and imaginative costume designs. He has won seven Emmy Awards for his designs and was thrice nominated for an Academy Award.
