Bizarre Creations is a video game developer founded in 1995 known for the Dreamcast videogame Metropolis Street Racer and their Xbox console game series Project Gotham Racing. The company evolved from Raising Hell Software, a developer of video games in the late 1980s. In 2006, the studio announced a departure from their usual racing genre. "The Club" (working title) is a third person shooter, announced on May 6, 2006.
