Big International Non-Government Organisation (BINGO) is an often derogatory term applied to international non-governmental organizations. It is sometimes used to imply that a once altruistic charitable entity is now too big to function effectively.

It has also been adopted as a less demeaning convenient acronym for objective use. A modern definition might be that the organisation in question has enough resources to be relied upon to act quickly in a global emergency.
