Belal Mansoor Ali (Arabic: بلال منصور علي) (born John Yego on October 17, 1988 in Kenya) is a middle distance runner now representing Bahrain after his switch from Kenya.

A young 800 metres prodigy with a personal best of 1:44.34, Ali also competes in the 1500 metres and won the 2005 IAAF World Youth Championships in Marrakech, Morocco. Three weeks later he was running this distance at the 2005 World Championships. His most successful event was the 800 metres, where he placed 7th in the final.

In July 2006, Ali was arrested in Kenya for allegedly cheating his age when he competed for Bahrain at the world youth championships in Marrakech, Morocco in 2005.
