Band-in-a-Box is a MIDI music arranger produced by PG Music. Given the chords, the program automatically generates accompaniment and ever complex instrumental solos and melodies, imitating style of such famous musicians as Django Reinhardt and Charlie Parker.
Band-in-a-Box is easy to use. A simple arrangement can be created from scratch in literally 30 seconds: after entering chords (by typing them like Cmaj7 and Dm), the user selects a style and presses the play button.
