Atomic Austria Gmbh is a ski producer located in Altenmarkt, Salzburg, Austria. It is wholly owned by Finnish parent company Amer Sports, which also owns Wilson Sporting Goods, Suunto Oy and Precor Inc. Its products are sold worldwide. It has provided the skis for many professional skiers such as Hermann Maier and Bode Miller.

One of Atomic's most famous line of skis is the venerable 9:16. They now produce gs and sl skis, such as gs ll and gs 9, as well as sl 11 skis. These are just the newer version of the 9:16

In 1955 the company was founded by Alois Rohrmoser. After the company had been sent to bankruptcy by the Austrian union bank BAWAG it was sold to his currently owner Amer Sports.
