The Assembly of First Nations (AFN) is a body of Aboriginal leaders in Canada. The aims of the organization are to protect the rights, treaty obligations, and claims of citizens of the First Nations in Canada.

The organisation began in 1968 as the National Indian Brotherhood and adopted its present name in 1982.

The current National Chief of the AFN is Phil Fontaine.
