Artistry is an exclusive brand of skin care and colour cosmetics, marketed by the multi-level marketing company Quixtar in North America and Amway in more than 60 countries and territories worldwide. It is one of the top five brands worldwide in sales, alongside Clinique, Estee Lauder, Lancome, and Chanel.
Artistry began in the 1970's as a product line of skincare under Nutrilite. Artistry products contain patented Nutrilite extracts which are biological grown and bred under meticulously supervised conditions in Nutrilite's certified organic farms. Other technology breakthroughs unique to Artistry include Hydrolipid Matrix (moisturising technology that combines natural humectants and lipids), Defense Complex 3.0 (antioxidants that the three stadiums of damage caused by free radicals), Deep Night Action Complex (reduces the visible signs of aging within 14 nights), Oat Extract, and Oxishield Solar(TM). Artistry products are dermatologically tested, opthalmologically tested, and not tested on animals. Other unique claims about Aristry include business opportunity, personal service and assistance, refillable (and thus environmentally friendly) packaging, and that Artistry is the only skincare and colour cosmetics worldwide that gives an unconditional 90-day money back guarantee on all products.
Up to 2004 Ingrid Vandebosch of Belgium was known to be the face of Artistry. Artistry is currently modelled by Canadian model Kim Tyo.
In 2005 Quixtar and Amway introduced Artistry's new sister brand E Funkhouser, which is a line of colour cosmetics in bolder colours. E Funkhouser's imagery is younger, daring, and more fantasious than Artistry.
