It was released on the same day as her 1st album released under Avex and also shared the same name. The single also contained a special photobook. The single includes a remixed version of song "Times", b-side originally included in Negaigoto single. Both tracks on this single qualifies as dance tunes.

An extract of the lyrics of AROUND THE WORLD:

''I won't be defeated, I want to pass the limit
''will break the wall that stops my path.
''Until the day comes when I can promise for sure

''For the first time I met you time stopped blank
''Even now it keeps shining
Because there probably will be a world for us to be together
