April Terri Winchell (born on January 2, 1962 in New York, New York) is an American voice actress, radio talk show host, and commentator living in Santa Monica, California. She is the daughter of American ventriloquist Paul Winchell and sister of Stacy Paul Winchell.

As a voice actress, she was a regular character in the television shows Recess, Goof Troop, House of Mouse, Pepper Ann, The Legend of Tarzan, and The Series, appeared in various Disney animated movies, and was known for years as the Glendale Federal Bank lady, in which she portrayed a cranky and cynical woman mollified by the service at her new bank. In 2004, April did a perfomance of her signature song "My Vagina" at Club 5 in Hollywood to a standing ovation. As a radio talk show host, she hosted a weekend program on KFI AM 640. She currently is a regular commentator on the Ask Mr. KABC program.

Winchell has been critical of her father, Paul, due to what she calls an abuse of drugs and mental instability. For the most part she has not spoken publicly about her father because she felt that it would tarnish the memories of those who grew up watching him on TV and as the voices of the some of the most beloved cartoon characters from the 1960s through the late 1980s, but her silence ended in March 2004 after her father published his autobiography Winch in which openly he lambasted his ex-wife, Nina Russel, and other family members.

On August 19, 2005 she announced on her website that she was diagnosed with cancer and is currently undergoing treatment. To promote solidarity during her radiation treatment after removal of her thyroid, she issued her own rubber wristbands. Where Lance Armstrong's wrist bands were yellow, April's "Glow in the Dark" so one could "glow along" with April. During 2005 and into 2006, April has been a frequent panelist on "What's My Line - Live on Stage" at the Acme Comedy Theatre in Hollywood.

Winchell had previous announced on her MySpace website that she was in negotiations with Sirius Satellite Radio to host a show on a channel that was to be co-developed with U.S. pay-TV service HBO, However on her official website on May 3, 2006, she announced that the deal was in the toilet because the negotiations had stalled due to the inability of HBO to make a deal with her and Sirius.
