Sir Alexander Maxwell, 2nd Baronet (died 23 May 1730) was a Scottish MP in the British Parliament. He became the 2nd Baronet of Monreith in the shire of Wigtown in April 1709.

He represented Wigtown Burghs 1713-1715.
