Adil Kaouch (born January 1, 1979) is a Moroccan middle distance runner.

In 1998 he won the World Junior Championships over 1500 metres. The next year won a 5000 metres gold medal at the 1999 Pan Arab Games.

In August 2005 he won a 1500 metres silver medal at the World Championships. In April 2006 he won the silver medal in the short race at the World Cross Country Championships, as well as a bronze medal in the team competition.
