6 World Trade Center was the U.S. Customs House: a 537,693-square-foot (49,953-m²), 7-story low-rise building in Lower Manhattan, New York City. Construction finished in 1975. It was badly damaged on September 11, 2001, from the collapse of 1 World Trade Center and 2 World Trade Center. The building was demolished to make way for reconstruction.
