Kristina Groves (* 4. Dezember 1976 in Ottawa) ist eine kanadische Eisschnellläuferin.

Sie gewann bei den Olympischen Winterspielen 2006 in Turin jeweils Silber mit dem kanadischen Team und über 1500 Meter hinter Cindy Klassen und vor Ireen Wüst.
