Kastilien-León (spanisch Castilla y León) ist eine spanische autonome Gemeinschaft. Hauptstadt der autonomen Gemeinschaft ist Valladolid. Kastilien-León umfasst die Provinzen Ávila, Burgos, León, Palencia, Salamanca, Segovia, Soria, Valladolid, und Zamora.

Die östliche Hälfte des Landes gehört zur historischen zentralspanischen Landschaft Kastilien und ist als Altkastilien bekannt, die Westhälfte bildet die Landschaft León.
