Die Instrutsch (deutscher Name Inster) ist ein Fluss in Russland in der Oblast Kaliningrad im alten Ostpreußen. Sie entspringt nordöstlich der Stadt Pillkallen und bildet bei Insterburg zusammen mit der Pissa den Pregel.
