Anticosti ist eine Insel in Kanada (Quebec), westlich von Neufundland und nördlich der Halbinsel Gaspé im Sankt-Lorenz-Golf, mit einer Fläche von 7943 km².

Anticosti ist 217 km lang und 16–48 km breit, der größte Ort der Insel ist Port Menier.

Entdeckt wurde sie von Jacques Cartier im Jahre 1534 und war von 1763 bis 1774 Teil der britischen Kolonie Neufundland.
